New Computer, settings questionFollow

Ordered up a new computer which should be here in a few days now. I originally built mine years ago and have since rebuilt/upgraded it several times but it's just time for a new one.

I'll just re-install wow off the downloader probably. My question is this: is there some way of retaining all my current settings for addons and such to transfer to the new system? I swear I had read something about this before somewhere. I reeeeeeally don't want to have to spend hours re-doing all of my bars if I don't have to.
