So, if any of you ever wanted to level First Aid... it wasn't mentioned in the Patch Notes that I could see, but First Aid has been revamped, kinda.

You level on orange recipes all the way up to 426 (probably further, but I stopped at 426) and some of the Heavy bandage recipes give 2 skill per recipe.

I wrote down what one needs to level from 115 to 426:

36 Wool Cloth
90 Silk Cloth <---I think this is a bug/glitch -- you need a LOT of levels on Heavy Silk, but yet Heavy Silk doesn't give 2 per. If it did, it should take ~60 which sounds more reasonable.
50 Mageweave Cloth
50 Runecloth
50 Netherweave Cloth
76 Frostweave Cloth

Should take you to 426.

You could either do Frostweave Cloth a little further to cut down on Embersilk usage (as it is still somewhat expensive), or jump right into Embersilk.

This is much faster and easier to do than it was previously, due to the fact you were forced to level on yellow and green recipes and never got 2 skill per bandage before.

Especially if you were leveling tailoring. I never want to 'waste' cloth on First Aid if I am.
On a bright note, I discovered enchanters now only have to make 1 runed copper rod at their start...and none after that!
Those rods got expensive.
