lucky. Last time I got hacked I got suspended and was told not to play D3 for a bit . . .
have not played either in months after, just nothing to do :p but I did get my stuffs back.
It was a breeze last time. It was a couple of months back, but after I unsubscribed. Got an email from Blizzard saying they believed I had been hacked as my account had been flagged for gold spam on an unfamiliar IP address. I was told to go change my password immediately, so I did. That's when I noticed the 30 days of game time.
The email also literally had a "Push me if you got hacked" button in it. I clicked the button thingy and 30 minutes later got an email saying my stuff had been restored. Logged into the game, checked my characters, noticed all the free stuff in the bags and the mail, then realized why I wasn't playing the game anymore and logged out. Didn't spend any of the 30 free days playing the game, but my characters are rich!
