TGIF!!! Never have I meant that more than I do this week. I am so exhausted. Weekend goals include resting, playing some Star Wars, resting, giving my dog away because my son is allergic to it (very sad), resting, doing some light cleaning around the condo, resting, oh, and did I mention resting?

What do you guys have planned for this weekend?

Sorry to hear about the dog. Smiley: frown

WoW
-Keep plugging away at achievements. Will probably focus on Outland this weekend.
-Get cooking to 525. Shouldn't be hard per say. Just got to do some fishing... and dailies every day to get the recipe I need.

RL
-Another weekend of not much going on. I got to pull some weeds though. The heat has kept the grass low but certain weeds really don't care. Shouldn't be too hard, they stick out like a sore thumb.

IS YOUR SHOULDER BETTER YET?

Anywhoozit, I logged back into WoW for the first time since Noblegarden this week. I dinked around on a couple of my old characters, and decided I wanted a fresh start. So I have a baby shadow priest that will get some leveling tonight if I have time. But I don't know if I get more than a few minutes because vacation starts at 3am on Saturday morning.

Yay road trip! Smiley: yippee

@BigDjugs -- sorry to hear about the dog. Hope the shoulder gets better, mine has been giving me problems too.
@SPG -- Glad to see you're back. Congrats on the SP!
@Criminy -- stay off the weed! PUGs aren't that bad!

WOW: Real life may keep me from doing much. I hope to get the basic DMF craft quests done, but latency has tended to run up to 6K and disconnects have been frequent.

RL: Bun-Bun has tests to cram for, but is making a fly by to get my residence permit taken care of for me.

It's too hot to get much done outside, sprayed some stubborn weeds and the grass isn't growing much. My grandmother has settled in with my parents, but is now ready to unpack boxes we threw into the basement. I may go cart some upstairs for her. Am really glad we put all of her books upstairs from the get-go.
Game: finish DMF stuff and maybe some herbing on my priest. No other events in game coming up, aside from the Faire, until Brewfest.
(What's the latest speculation for MoP release? Been trying to ignore that.)

Wine & snacks Friday tonight. Saturday might be some yard work, since our neighbour does not do anything to keep the weeds out of his front lawn. We'll probably dig up a 50 foot stretch of grass from sidewalk up to between our houses, and place decorative tiles and/or bricks as a separator. Hopefully that will keep those creeping weeds from getting any further. On Sunday we're having a double birthday dinner at our house, so there will be prep for that.

WoW:
It's supposed to be a sunny right through Thursday in Vancouver, so I'm not sure how much indoor time I'll have. Otherwise, I just have my 81 shaman & rogue on Alliance side left to get up to 85 now. I might spend some time on them, or one of the others where I still have some zone and/or achievements to finish. We'll see.

Enjoy!

Just trying to rest and recover from the surgery - I'm doing well.

No big wow plans. I did DS on Tuesday and we cleared it with no issues so that means no going back this weekend to finish.
I did all of the monthly profession stuff for the DMF on my characters for the free skill ups and exp so I don't feel much need to go back for the dailies.
My farming for gear and stuff is about all I do lately. I think because I'm feeling the coming expansion and I have all this stuff I want to complete before it hits and gives me a bunch more stuff to do. It's weird not farming for mounts for alts now that they'll be account wide. It was one of my little projects but now there is just no point which makes me a little sad. The same with pet collecting too - I don't have any reason to gather them on alts anymore. The only thing left for my alts to collect is transmog gear and recipes, I guess.

No family visiting plans this weekend. Maybe next weekend after the drainage tube gets removed, I might feel like going out there. Right now I still feel kind of bleh.

If I had a wild stab at it, either early September or November/December. October is just packed with holiday events and they are not releasing the cinematic trailer until late August.

Hmmm.

I work Sunday, so most of my WoW-stuff will have to happen tomorrow.

I'm not sure quite yet, mom and I have 4 more characters left to get on 85; an 84 warrior, and 82 and a half warrior (both mine), and she's got an 84 warlock and an 83 priest.

What I'd like to do, is get the 82 and 83s up to 84 that way, both pairs of characters are ready for Twilight Highlands. And in the meantime, I might do some archaeology here, dungeon runs there with the characters. Not sure how far I'll get, but I'd like to make some progress on that tomorrow. Did 2 dungeon runs today and got nearly half a level on my warrior as it is. I can never seem to get a BRC fresh run, I always get ToT or half-done BRC and I can't even pick up the quests because they're already halfway in the dungeon and ToT has no quests unless you did all of Vashj'ir.

I was hoping our guild would be raiding this weekend, but we could never get more than seven or so online. So I'm working on leveling and up-gearing my L83 druid. after he hits 85, I plan to drop one of my gathering professions, probably mining, and start a crafting profession, probably inscription.
