The eBook is 4 pages long and is about him quitting because he met a girl and lost her to another man who wasn't a gamer and thus a superior being. That's what I got out of skimming it, at least. I didn't pick up any "repent, ye sinners!" vibes, although he does tend to lean towards the emotional at times, mentioning things like raindrops on an umbrella as he realizes how beautiful the outside is (ignoring the giant fireball in the sky, obviously).
Seems like one of those "I just kicked an addiction and here's why" self-reflective deals. There doesn't seem to be any attempts at converting going on, although I was never good at analyzing texts. Grammar is a bit meh, but judging by his name, I'm guessing he's not English.

Counsel, your witness.
Sorry to keep coming back guys, hope you're not too bothered ;)
Anyway, just like to clear up a few things.
It's true, I'm not a native speaker of English, I'm from Norway.
As for the reason for writing the little ebook in the first place. I've known life both as a full time WoW gamer and also as a total non-gamer and thought maybe that having the experience of seeing things from these two different perspectives could be useful for some young gamers who might be less experienced, and so I wanted to share this experience of mine and put together this little ebook. I realize that the ebook might not have any relevance to most of you at all, however, for some people who might be struggling with how to balance playing and RL like the OP seems to be, it could be useful to see the game and the gaming experience from another perspective as well so that he or she can make the best and most informed choice, whatever that might be.
When I was younger and was having the same kind of problems like the OP there were no one around to give me advice or listen to my problems and differently from the OP I didn't have the wit or confidence to share my worries on the forums.
That's why I wanted to share my story. To reach out to those who are like I used to be.
Just because I don't play anymore doesn't mean I hate games, hate WoW or hate gamers...after all if I did, why would I go through the trouble of putting together and ebook and posting it on a forum for gamers? I don't care if you're an engineer, gangster or gamer, those are just labels. I care about people as fellow human beings. I realize it might sound cheezy and as others have mentioned 'emotional' but I don't label those as negative things. Seeing as it is a free ebook, I get no other benefits than perhaps the biggest one, namely knowing that I might be able to give some few people in need any advice or support I can offer, just like I would have wished for myself back then.
Sure it's no big thing and writing the little ebook doesn't change the world, it might not even be read by a single person who could really benefit from it either, but as a very true and beautiful saying by mother Theresa goes:
'We can do no great things, only small things with great love'
Anyway, sorry to keep rambling on and for butting into your forum guys. Hope I cleared up in any misunderstandings and wish you all a great experience in whatever you choose to do!
If anyone wanna keep in touch, my email is in the ebook :-)
