Ick. I'm not the sort of person who prefers form over function or vice-versa but that UI is... lacking in both. I know if I had a screen that size my UI probably wouldn't be much better, but there are a lot of things that could easily be fixed about that UI. There's no need for party frames that large in a raid (outside of knowing who's in your subgroup they're basically raid frames), your action bars would benefit greatly from being shrunk with Bongos, your Omen is set up as default, when it can be so much better/more useful, there are layering problems... I'm not sure if the two sets of raid frames (Blizzard and Decursive?) could both be replaced with Grid and Clique but if that's possible that'd sort out a good deal of it. Hide the top and bottom bits of Omen so you have only the bars section left and scale pretty much everything down.

On the plus side congratulations on raiding with a screen that small, I'd find it completely unbearable xD
