Be safe, don't click on random links by low postcount posters.

I heard rumors that the dungeon of Uldum in southern Tanaris (that area with a hole in the wall surrounded by elite giants?) will be in WLK but I can't be sure.

They are also getting that Tirion Fordrig guy from EPL and putting him in Northrend and creating a neutral group called, "The Order of the Silver Hand", replacing the current Argent Dawn.

Apart from the obvious stuff, like the Lich King, the unlockable Death Knight race, and the new Continent, that's all I know. Maybe they're planning on opening the Greymane Wall in southern Silverpine to Gilneas?

I get the feeling that'll come in a later expanison.

I'm somewhat nervous about system requirements. I read this whole thread hoping to find some information on that, because with the partnership with Dell on the WoW computers and the new Vista, I'm worried I won't be able to actually play on the expansion. I am definitely not going to buy a whole new computer just to do it, though. So basically, I'm trying very hard not to get excited about it, since I might not be able to play it anyway. Has there been any information about that yet?

As for Death Knights... The only thing I worry about is that with all the other classes, you have a lot of time to figure out how your class works, starting with extremely easy quests in your home area. Starting out suddenly at level 50 with a whole level 50 library of spells and abilities, *especially* with a new system (runes)... That's going to be a little complicated to learn. I still have troubles remembering when/how to use some of the spells I got ages ago (Psychic Scream and Fade), and I'm only level 34. So, I definitely don't think that Death Knights are going to replace Paladins. Plus, unless the character slot thing becomes nearly infinite (or at least, perhaps, an empty slot next to each original character that could become a hero class), people are not going to make all their characters into Death Knights in order to learn how they work. So, while there may be a lot of them right at first, there will probably only be one Death Knight per player per server.

Finally, as to the semantic issue of "no one said they are going to be tanks" and "Blizzard said they will have tanking abilities" -- I think these two things go together quite well. They will likely be *able* to tank, but that does not mean they will all *be* tanks, any more than all shamans being healers, even though they have healing abilities.

There is a dungeon slated to be in WotLK that is like Uldaman and Uldum, sorta. It was a Titan built based called Ulduar.

It's Death Knight, noob. And its a fine class name, have you seen Baron Rivendare in Stratholme? It would be pretty cool to play one of those.

As for Shattrath being deserted, Blizzard has taken several measures to make absolutely sure that Outland and its zones remain populated. The zones are incredible, and there are all those awsome lvl 70 raid instances, why would anyone just throw them away? Dalaran will have a portal to Shattrath.

I've just thought of something. What's going to happen to the "Hero of the Mag'Har" questline when WoTLK comes out. Garrosh is moving to Warsong Hold, somebody will have to take his place in Garadar. Greatmother Geyah is too old, and Thrall has business back in Orgrimmar.

NOt only that, but who will take the place of Tirion Fordring back in EPL once he moves to Northrend. His son is dead, and the Argent Dawn have more pressing matters to deal with.

Don't be surprised if they just bring in some random guy. I think that's what they did for Rexxar when they moved him to Outland.

Bestiary : Taken from the WoW homepage, three new beasts are joining us in WotLK so far. Take a look! =)

I'm calling it: His son comes back as a Forsaken.

I'm hoping Tirion's new Order of the Silver Hand will be for both factions. Tirion seems like that kind of guy, will accept members of all races to unite against the Scourge.

Not much is known then ... Heh XD

Some graphical upgrades would be awesome. This game is rich, content-wise, but poor, graphic-wise.

As for hero classes, of which only one is known to be certain and more a possibility, a summoner class would be awesome. You summon critters, point them at target, and /laugh. This class would have to be BE or Undead only, of course. Perhaps some kind of gravity using mage would be cool. Increase gravity = lower speeds for everyone else and some damage, earthquakes to for AoE damage, the (CD required) ability to fling targets and all that ... Dwarfs and Gnomes rejoice, this could be your class.

Because, you see, I would like to have, like many others, some classes keyed to alliance or horde. Like it was pre-TBC.

I don't really see a need for new races, apparently nor does Blizzard at the moment, but if any are released, renegade demons for the horde (you want to be one, and you know it), and some sort of angel-like race for the alliance. Absorb fire and gluidind could be their respective racial abilities.

Whatever. Bring on lvl 80.
