Wanted to vent and share my experience. I logged in after the Tuesday maintainance to find that my Herald of Woe had vanished. It was enchanted with crusader. I am going on two days of not having it given back to me, and I am not the only person this has happened too. Other players who are getting their items back are receiving them without the enchants and we are told that we wont because the cant verify that they were there to start with. I made a post about it and it was locked and referred to another post from a guy who had the ssame thing happen, had a blue form response, and is currently derailed to talking about sueing blizzard. I made a response, thought you all might get a kick out of it.

This has been since the launch of WoW, if you get lost items back you dont get enchants back that were on the item.
I think it even says so in one of theyre FAQ's.

gee! two whole questions in the FAQ devoted to your plight:

Sorry thought you all would get a kick out of it. As far as the issue goes, I didn't sell the item, delete the item, disenchant the item or anything. It was simply missing after the patch. This is blizzard's mistake I had nothing to do with it. Anyways, I thought it was funny and that was what I was sharing.
