I know nothing about this video game but I have recently lost my roommate to this game. He now lives in his room and never comes out. He used to be pretty cool to hang out with and fun to drink with but now all he does is sit at his desk and wither away. I need to get him back. So I am asking all of yall to attack him every time he gets online. I believe his name is Nightstick on the game, so if you could please help me out by passing this information on to all of your friends to kill this guy everytime you see him I would greatly appreciate it. i am not gay guys but I appreciate your concern. My roommate has lost his girlfriend over this game and he has pretty much quit going to class. It is ruining his life. So I figure that if everytime he gets online he gets attacked by a massive army of people that hate hm for no reason than he will be forced to quit the game. I would really appreciate everyones help with this to save my buddies life. We tried taking his laptop from hom but he then just pitched a fit and went over to his brothers house to play so we think this is our last option/ Later guys. Good luck and have fun torturng him.

First, I have to wonder if this is a troll attempt of some kind... Saying he knows nothing about the game but finding this forum? I suppose he could have been lucky and did a google for liek WoW forums, but still.

Seriously, if you're wanting us to gank him then you'll need more info then that. Not to mention that unless it is a PvP server and he logs in and out from something other then one of his home cities the people on that server couldn't kill him anyways. Along with quite a few more variables that just make this whole option VERY unlikely.
The better option is to talk to someone like campus IT (I'm assuming you're on campus and at college due to saying it is your roommate and the thing about missing classes) and they can probably block his computer from getting net access. If you use something like a private ISP, then someone from the school can help him in a more professional manner then just trying to force him to quit by ganking his char, which again is not going to happen due to game logistics. Your friend doesn't need his char ganked if what you say is true, but rather profesional help that no one here on these forums is qualified (well most likely) to give. Your school, or even his parents, can help a lot more then ganking his char ever could.

Hum... as a person that has gotten to about that point of your roommate, Im trying to think what things got me to stop playing. If he plays so much, he must be 60, and be doing the rep/gear/$ grind. At that point, it depends how obsessive-compulsive you are to keep playing.

I will try to find out which guy he is and will get back to all of you with the information. Hopefully everything will go right and you will be able to kill him becuase I fel this is our only chance to end his dreadful addiction. We tried to take him to Platinum Plus(a strip club) for a buddies bachelor party the other night and he said he was too busy with the game. And when we have parties at the house(he lives in a fraternity house) he goes home or to his brothers apartment for peace and quiet so he can concentrate. I am sure that his only hope is for compassionate fellow gamers like all of you can help end this wretched addiction by making his presence in this online world almost impossible. Keep up the good fight. I will report back tomorrow with his number and title.

Yeah, constant ganking of Nightstick will just get him engaging in altism - actually, he probably has a bad case of it already. You're going to have to do something in real life to snap him out of it. He sounds like he has OCD (obsessive/compulsive disorder), I've known someone with it. Before she started taking meds for it, she could lost in the most trivial nonsense for hours, and get REALLY upset about it if you tried to pull her off.

Okay guys...I am not really concerned about my roommates health or schoo or anything. i just thought that this would be a really creative way to get back at him for getting drunk the other night and spray painting my dog to look like a skunk. I figured it would be funny and he would probably get a laugh at it too. So if yall are still interested in helping me out i found out some more info...Nightstick Night Elf Druid 60 Alexstrasza...that is who he is so have fun killing him or whatever....thanks for the help.
