I can see the quest givers for skeletal fragments/dark iron scraps/savagefrond and so on. But i dont get a Q for turning them in. I CANT see the guys who buy the epic armaments from. (I want to get the ring of piety)
Is that because the scourge is over? because i dont have enough rep? ( friendly atm) or something else.
Any info is wellcome.

Looks like you can indeed do em at friendly. I can't remember the questgiver's name, but they are on the side of the building in Light's Hope past the Gryphon Master by a tent. I believe they also sell the rep rewards. I want to say it's

thanks polda. I did the Q´s with my main. but now with my Alt the npc´s for turning in the tokens are NOT there. and the Q givers in LHC does not give me the Q´s. so my question still stands:

The event has been over for quite some time on my server(as it has on many others) and I can still do the Epic and Superior Armaments of the Dawn quests.
You should be able to do it even after the event is over. I got my supply bag after the event ended on my server - sadly it was the only thing worth getting for me :/
The question I've got is - what level is your alt? The quests don't become available until the mid-high 50's. On my rogue (and my wife's Paladin) we had several turn ins available prior to the quests becoming available. Once we hit the appropriate level, *bam* - instant turn-ins.

I can see the q givers but no Q when i talk to them.

thats why i feared i had no possibility to turn them in anymore.

Craftsman willhelm says that craftsman omarion "just vanished one night" and when i look up "omarion" here on alla. It says hes in Naxx 0.o.

He is in a cage in the Deathknight Wing, you only need to clear some trash to get to him. If your rep is high enough you can learn craftable frost resist gear plans from him or get a quest to buy it for mad materials.
So the tokens are useless now! wow, havnt seen that info enywhere yet. but i do believe you.
This might interrest alot of people. since they might be grinding skeletal fragment (or like that) to get some epic armaments ONLY TO SEE HES GONE NOW. hes in naxx and dosnt give you any epic gear....just recepies and such like depending on your rep with AD.
Is this really true?! did he dissapear and go to Naxx just to leave me standing here with all those tokens and fragments..../emosigh

Everyone has responded saying they are still there, it's either something glitched on your end or you don't have enough rep as someone said.

I will jump on my main tonight and go check if he can see them. to the best of my knowledge (ie cant reeeealy remember) i did this 2 days ago but could not see the guy to turn the stuff into.
I will post here if my main still dosnt see them, since he has turned in tokens for epix and the 18 slot bag earlier.
I went there last night. Turn in for Fronds is at the druids standing just outside the inn. The other turn-ins are inside. I am pretty sure I have turned at least some in of all, and yet some have blue question marks and some have yellow exclamation points still. Anyway, the guy to turn in all the tokens you get for the Supply Bag or whatever is over near a tent to the right of the guy who takes Scourgestones. They are still there, I checked. =)
Now, if the good folks inside are not giving you the option for the turn-ins, and you have not previously turned any in with this character, there may be a prerequisite for them-and that I cannot recall.

they are indeed still there. Just dont have the rep to get the Q´s. nothing of rep is mentioned on the Q´s here on alla. But its there nevertheless.

And would it be too much to ask for you spell out Quests? "Q's" to me is "queues" or "questions" =)
