Question About The Honor RevampFollow

First off, if this have been answered, sorry, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere around here or the patch notes.

Has the honor decay per kill been removed or does it remain, ie. when you kill someone more than 10 times in a day they are worth 0 honor?

I beleive so, but not as much. i have not seen a huge decline. To me it seems, say, in the old system, you could kill someone 4 times for a total of about 500 honor. It seems now you can kill said person, as many times as needed until you hit around 500 honor, or the honor limit. Me and my friends tested it while on vent. I killed him 5 times and recieved the same amount of honor each time.
