Bug or gulich about the Dreadmist setFollow

Ok on my warlock i just lvled to 53 and then i equiped my dreadmist waist.....and i had on Dreadmist bracers......it says when you have "2" parts of the set you gain 200+ armor. But when i have them both on i gain no such of "200 armor" just the armor of the Dreadmist waist.........so what do i do?

ok then i thought of doing that, but the thing is......i never had a problem that i had to take to a GM so i don't know how to get in hold of 1. Feel kinda nubish asking but could someone tell me how to get a hold of one. I wouls just ask the Lookingforgroup channel but that is gone(but small chance i would get a real one) so i have no idea to ask for one.

Do you think one might be able to assist in adjustment suggestions for my video? I think my vid-settings are making WoW crash every time my rogue uses her Gnomish Cloaking Device. (*cry* one less trick in her bag)
