Atlasloot After PatchFollow

Ok so here is my problem--although I was easily able to get the mod reinstaled and running well after 2.0 patch, almost all of the items in the whole thing are listed as "unsafe". I figured out that if my guy has seen the item in the game then it is no longer marked unsafe, and I can then link it and whatnot.

My question is: does anyone know how to get a whole bunch of items in there and working right, like import them or something (or maybe go get something from my old atlasloot file, which had almost every item).

Please help me with this, I need to be able to see items and link them from Atlasloot instead of being told they are all "unsafe" until I see them in game.

They are unsafe to drop into the chat window, yes....but you should still be able to click them and see the item yourself.
