Has anybody tried to summon one of the abyssal council recently? I tried to fight some templars only to find the stone zaps me even though I'm wearing all the gear. I only recently came back to WoW so I'm not sure if this is a glitch of the patch or if it's been going on for a while. Anyone know anything?

No worries, it's bugged since the patch. Dont know when they'll fix it though.

I'm sure if someone says it's bugged then they are right, but I found out once that if any piece of the gear you need to summon is at 0 durability then it won't work. it will just zap you as if you weren't wearing it.

That's because the game doesn't see a broken item as being worn (other than for appearances sake). If you look closely, you'll notice that a broken weapon disappears from your hand, a broken breastplate (with +10 sta and +10 agi) will no longer provide the +10 sta and +10 agi that it used to. It'll stay this way until repaired.

In a wipe fest, my priest can go from 7500 Mana (fully raid buffed) to just over 3500 (still fully buffed) due to all of his gear being broke. Yeah! for bags containing backup gear. Now, if only my backup gear wasn't ST/BRD quality gear (still). :( Oh, well. Once I can start replacing my Tier 0.5/1 gear with better, they'll go in as backups.
