I lost my new enchant formula yesterday (shield greater stamina skill265) just learned it app. one houer i was disconnected from the server and when i came back the enchant wasnt on my list anymore.
Has anyone else tried anything like it?

The server probably was restored to a point before you bought the enchant. You'll have to repurchase it. Filing a GM ticket won't help -- I've tried it before when I trained spells and lost them due to a server crash, yet somehow was still short the cash I spent. GM said "too bad, sorry".
I noticed that engineering schematics I knew from long ago were gone from the list when the new patch came out. I haven't checked again to see if that was fixed. Don't have an answer, but I do have the same experience.
