Major patches typically "break" add-ons. You have to download updates of each add-on (provided the creator has updated them).

You used to be able to often simply check the box that says "load out of date addons" and most of your stuff would work.

However, this last patch involved major changes to the way addons can even be written so nearly everyhing has been broken.

Some updated addons have already released, but it will be a few weeks as the rest start to trickle in (and expect things to continue to be buggy).
