I am a 225 Miner and I went to AH to buy some Copper, Tin, and Mithril Ore.
I found that I had plenty of money and there was a long list of sellers but it's all red now and I am unable to purchase it - does anybody know what that's about?
Other Miners in SW at the time tried as well and could also not purchase this Ore.
We all could still purchase Iron, Gold, Silver, and Truesilver Ore.

I actually had been selling copper quite well before the patch, and after the patch i posted some more copper auctions and not a single one was bought. (all below normal prices, about 60s for 10 copper ore, going rate was about 75s)

Did you actually try to buy it or did you just assume that you couldn't because it was red to you? I'm just curious since it took me a while of playing before I realized I could buy 'red' items from venders and the AH.
I'd go look myself but I don't think they'd want me installing WoW here at work. :P
I had the same experience with my miner. I have 283 mining, but mithril ore showed red to me. I didn't try buying any though. I also found that some engineering items (like the arclight spanner) were no longer listed on my crafting interface. I know I did not get to 300 engineering without that...

Checked again today -- still red and not purchasable. I was unable to buy it when I posted the original thread.
