where to but new PvP gear????Follow

I know that SW has the spot by si:7 or whatever its called but all the gear in there was mostly lvl 60+ has the rest of us not lvl 60 but still like to PvP cant get this new gear or is there other places that it can be bought at? Im curantly lvl 49? im really hoping there is a spot for 50+'s 40+'s so forth
