Anyone else having this problem? I got in, changed my talents got everything set up, learned my new abilities and got ready to go, figured i'd play a few games of PvP before heading out into the world.

Got into the 1st BG did well, still lost, oh well alliance it's no surprise.

But, the 2nd game and I entered my computer froze (10 minutes loading BG and Task manager showed 100% CPU -- something was wrong) So i Closed WoW, logged back in, the notice said they had fixed all technical issues, so I was like hey sweet.

But now I can't log in at all, everytime i try it freezes. And only with that character. All my other characters are fine, I don't understand and I cannot call a GM because the Tech/Help is down.

It's the day of the patch. Give it a day or two to have all the kinks smoothed over, everybody happy.

I take it my old roommate isn't the only one who used to deal with hangovers by drinking when he woke up? Smiley: wink

But seriously, I'm sure they'll fix it. It may take days, but it's Blizz. They will fix the servers.

Alright finally came back up.

So glad i have FFXII as a backup or i'd be bored out of my mind.

New honor systems looks sweet by the way. Only 10-20 games for great rewards.

Hair of the Dog or the ol' Irish remedy is the way to go. Avoid hangovers! Stay Drunk!

Or just drink alot of water and take a vitamin B supplement before bed. The thiamine (sp?) will work wonders.

If you continue to have problems with that character, you could delete that characters saved local settings in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\. There will be a folder with that character's name that you can delete. It will be recreated when you log back in. Some settings will simply be put back to default for that character (like chatbox position and macros). Blizz will often have you delete the wtf folder, as well as addons when having an issue. It's worth a try.
