So I'm in IF bouncing between AH And mailbox chatting with a friend. Howver anytime I go near the mailbox it becomes impossible to carry on a conversation because someone is running a trivia bot. Now that in itself does not generate that much spam, however the 10-20 people responding to the questions does.

So I send a tell to the person running it asking if they can either change it to a custom channel, or move to a less crowded location.

To my surprise they were very receptive of this request, asked how to join a custom channel and then moved their game into there.

In the past the response to requests like that is usually "deal with it" then some comment regarding self/bestial/maternal fornication.

It was just nice to see a polite response to a simple request :)
