As far as I know, the only all black cat mount is the Black War Tiger, and it can only be gotten from pvp(previously rank 11, after tomorrow it will 30 tokens from each battleground).

He's talking about one of the two original Epic mounts for the NE, I believe. They look like the lvl 40 mounts, except they're fur is a solid color rather than striped (I believe the other one is a pure white wintersabre). For the record, you can no longer get this mount, blizzard removed it as an aquirable item =( Anyone who got it and didn't turn it/the wintersabre in using the quest when the current epic mount models were introduced still has them and they are usable. I'd much rather have one of them than the current model, to be honest =/
