I've tried going through a GM for this problem and didn't get anywhere. Maybe someone in here can help me.
When I click on my backpack the item window does not appear. The bag icons light up but no window. Any help would be appreciated.

First thing the GM will tell you:
Delete any addons and delete your WTF and WDB (? forget if this is one) folders.
Speaking of addons, do you have any like a movable bag or something? That COULD be causing it if the bag somehow got moved offscreen.

I'm using 2 monitors so I may have. Is there any way to recover it if I did move it off screen.
You may want to go back to a single monitor config and then delete the folders Tomec mentioned, as well any addons. It will probably straiten it out. Also try resetting your video options back to default.

QFT, if you did move it off-screen probably the only/easiest way will be to delete the WTF folder which contains basically all your addon settings, so everything goes back to default. HOWEVER, even under a single monitor it is possible to drag it mostly off-screen.
