Hi. I have bought a copy of the game version trial of 14 days, , but I don't succeed in creating my account because it keeps on giving me the error:
"The authentication key you have entered is invalid. Please check the key again for any missed or incorrect characters"
the serial key is printed badly but I believes to have correctly copied it on the form. My doubt is on a punctuation character, is it possible that there is a similar character on the serial key number?

Actually, as far as I recall, there are no punctuation characters in the serial number, if you mean things like apostrophes, commas, exclamation marks and so on.

When I used my code (Nealy two years ago O_O) I remember that the 7's or 9's looked alot like ?'s. I'm sure it's sevens I got it mixed up with though.
