Well I`m still playing at 46 , several of my friends play too , some of them couples , my families spread all over the country and we all meet up in the game when we can , it's a novel way to keep up with the news and have some fun at the same time , ages go from 10 through to 46 so attitudes vary a lot , my 10 year old just loves PVP and only ever plays Horde , couple of us love RP as we used to roll the dice a lot years ago :D
Age doesn't seem to guarantee behaviour , ever played with 20 odds when they log on drunk ?
Oldest guy I play with was well into his 60's , used to love pvp and laughed his socks off when he stuffed up :)
Just my five pennys worth.

I'm 53 years old. Having been a very mature teenager, I really feel the OPs pain at being type-cast and categorized. At the same time, I've seen some of the appalling behavior of some of the teen (and younger) critters in WoW and can well understand the desire of guild to keep their membership "mature."

I can tell you right now im 22 and im still immature....when its appropriate.

Their are certain times when its ok but alot of the time its just plain annoying. Ventrilo is not the place for high pitched voices, and talk about pokemon.

that was the cutest quote hehe, simply because of the fact that your avatar is something that would seem like pikachu holding some sort of projectile object, last time i checked pikapoo was a pokemon are you trying to give off some sort of hidden message there ^_~ XP you guys are greeeattt

I'm 37 and a novice, more or less, to games like WoW. In fact, it is the first game like this I have ever played. My third alliance character was a mage, lvl 16 when she ran into a Dwarven Paladin, lvl 60. I buffed him, as I do anyone who could make use of the buff. After talking awhile about guilds, he invivited me into his guild, and I have been very happy. Happy enough that I brought the other 2 alliance char's into the guild as well.

What is the point of all this? Not long after I joined, one of my guildies came along on my first instance, Deadmines. A very fun and mature player, who is still very childlike, without being childish. I was quite surprised to discover he is 14 years old! Another member of the guild is also 14, the younger brother of one of the other guildies. They are both great players and I wouldn't hesitate to group up with them, even if they weren't in my guild.
