Everything on my profile updates just fine except for my quests. Its not showing any of them not even the non-elites. I am running nothing but CTRaid as mods and am wondering if this is conflict.

I think I may have found the problem with quests. A new version of wowreader is up now that should work correctly.

Im at college and trying to update my profile but it always times out. Is my school blocking the port? and if it is, what port does it use?

Prayer of Primal (the healing ring set)'s +33 healing bonus is not registered in wowreader profile display. In the +healing: xxx, the number doesn't contain the bonus 33 points.

how do i get my guild to show up in the guild roster here? i have installed and run wowreader. i play on uther server and the allakhazam db doesn't show any guilds at all there

Uninstall it, then delete Wr from the addons folder if it's left behind. C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\Wr by default.

Possibly. It uses tcp port 11225 to upload data.

i found there is a bug in wowreader, check my profile:

it says my magical damage is +151, but actually, there is a extra damage amount adding to this from my lieutenant commander's regalia(+23). so the total number should be +174. can you guys fix this? thanks

Yeah i asked for help too but no response.
What's that Transport connection?
And yes, my addon is loaded/box checked etc.
Reinstalling doesn't help either.

It means your upload failed for some reason, probably due to timing out. It's usually only a temporary problem and goes away if you wait a bit. If you try again now, are you still getting the same error?

I'm behind a proxy so I use a combination of SocksCap and HTTP-Tunnel to use WoWReader. This combination works fine with all programs I've used but I'm getting the follow message when I try to upload my profile:

Anyone know what could be the cause or a solution? Is it deffinately the programs I'm using (and not my account or something)?

Yes. Also the program goes Not responding when i click on the window while uploading. Sending items...... and then the message for the Transport connection. When i click OK there is some lua data uploaded and nothing else.

I am having a problem installing the reader, its probably a very nooby problem that can be solved easily, i downloaded it then when i open it it goes into this thing where i have to place a folder somewhere, like when you save as, and i am really confused about what i must do

Are you talking about the installer, or wowreader itself after installing it?

If you mean after installing, when you first run it, there's a window that says "Locate WoW Installation" in the title. You need to just select wow.exe (browse to where wow is installed if it doesn't start there) and hit open.

It looks like it was timing out while uploading from the high number of items. Theres a new version of wowreader up now that should compensate for it better and have less timeout issues. Let me know if it solves the problem for you or not.

I NEED HULP !!!

I loaded WOWreader and upload everything and stuffs. But when i click on [Your Characters] link, it doesnt show my character's profile. Only a silly sentence " Character created by using WOWReader " blah blah blah.

HULPPPPP. I onli have 27 int but im smart and stuffs

I am having a problem with uploading. When it gets to the stage where it updates the Lua Data, it stops and says The server closed the connection. Is this a temporary problem on your end? Or something on mine?

I get an error when i try to upload... I did the /wver to make sure it was loaded and it is...

I tried using refresh, and it shows 3 LUA files to upload.

I have quit the game entirely to try the upload, refreshed and all...

I get some 'unhandled error' as follows:

An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ingore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will be shut down immediately.

String reference not set to an instance of a String.
Parameter name: s.

Plz need help:
First time I downloaded wow reader i worked perfectly! But when i tried to update it it didnt worked so I deleted the profile from "Your Characters" page in Allkhazam (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/userinfo.html) but now when i use wow reader and try to get info notthing happens. Plz help! som screens:
