Ok does AGI effect Ranged Attack for a Hunter? if it does wouldnt that make NE the best race for it? Thanks!

Agility affects the chance to get a critical hit, dodge and increases the damage done in ranged and melee.

Only very early - later with more equipment the percent difference will be negligible. Pick a race you identify with - or think look cool - or any other reason - dont worry about early stats - see the sticky at top of this forum ... ))
