Undead vs Paladin? :: World of Warcraft

I've heard that undead get wtfpwned in pvp by paladins and priests because of their anti-undead abilities. Is this true? And how much effect do stats have on your char, will 3 more points in agility give you a bonus over others? (to know if undead rogue is better then troll)

This has been changed in a recent patch. undead are now considered humanoids, not undead.

You make me a happy, happy man. Now tell me, is that 20 sec immune to fear, charm, sleep ability usefull? Does it break fear... or does it just create immunity? And would a rogue with +4 agi and +2 str have a great advantage over a rogue without those bonuses?

From what i gather, Racial traits are nice bonuses, but they won't make or break a class. The best part of this game, is that player skills matter more than the "1337" High Quality weapon/armor, not saying that good weapon/armor doesn't matters though :)
