I know that you can get from ironforge to the human city through the deeprun tram but how can i get acces to the elvan city. I see quite a few elvans roaming around that arent paticularaly high lvl.

They have an air transport
but I believe you have to get there without it first

Then they have a little boat that runs every 3 min I believe from Auberdien(sp?)

first you need to make the potentially deadly(for lower levels) run from Ironforge to Menethil Harbor through the Wetlands(many have made this run unscathed. i died 5 times at level 6. Damn crocs!). Then talk to the Gryphon Master to unlock the flight path.

next take the boat to Darkshore(Auberdine). Talk to the Hyppogryph Master there to fly or take the other boat to Darnassus. then run through the pink glowing portal.
