I am a 23 Warrior playing in the Open Beta for the first time. I am pleased at the moment with warrior at the moment, but was wondering how they stack up in killing ability with other characters in later levels.
Are warriors gimps compared to paladins?

Having multiple of a given class is never necessarily a bad thing. 5 of any single class can absolutely ravage in PvE.
And having a second warrior in an instance, if you have a space for two in the group, is not a bad thing either.
And having a second warrior in an instance, if you have a space for two in the group, is not a bad thing either.
Only the exceptions can be exceptional.

I think he was asking how jobs compared in "Who kills faster".
I'm not in OB, but from what I have read on the offical boards the difference between every jobs killing ability. (I am assuming you mean solo for optimal comparisson) I hear that the difference is slight, but to answer you more direct question I think Warriors out damage Paladins though don't quote me.
I misread the words "stack up," sorry. Comparing anything to a paladin right now is not fair considering the class was just turned upside-down. There are some VERY varying paladin styles, some of which are very high DPS, others of which are more tanking- or healing-oriented. Depending on which styles you matched up, it could go either way, but I would favor the warrior.
