Hi, I am level 150 In Fishing and would like to upgrade my fishing title, but I cant seem to find the guy to talk to. please tell me where I can find him/her and how to get there, thanks

Well that all depends on where you're at.
The guy who taught you fishing in the first place should be able to do it I'm guessing, atleast that's what happened to me. Im in the Alliance and learned it at Stormwind.

FYI original trainers don't train past that.
Worldofwarcraft.com mentioned that they could be trained by wandering vendors across the land

Ok. Must have mistaken it for the 1st upgrade.
I would also like to find out because i am lvl 150 fishing also :o) i started in Elf main city :o) i cant spell it

I am lvl 150 in fishing and I am a human and I am in stormwind.
The expert book is sold in Booty Bay at the most sothern tip of Stanglethorn Vale. It is a neutral city so both factions can shop and go there.
Look for the Superior Fisherman there, he is the one that sells it. Price is 1 gold.
