Just wondering if anyone else can't get in?
I keep getting the "Unable to Connect" message, except one time - I got in and was sent to the server list and my server wasn't listed.
Anyone else?
Ya me, the realm list came up and i went to mountain time, and like 3 servesr where missing, one of them being mine. Out of all the servers missingit has to be mine >.<.
I'm at my server, but it can't retrieve my characters. So, I know how ya feel.

Servers still bugged up.. can not get on...
Still trying to retrieve my characters. Wouldn't it ruin everyone's day if we all got a horrible little message saying the following:
We are sorry for this inconvience, but all beta characters were lost when some baka of an abuser accidently hit the format c: command. Oops. Sorry.

Well on the positive side, if they get wiped, it'll stop all the stupid threads asking if they will let us keep the chars in retail :)
I could care less if they allow us to keep the characters. I'll probably start over anyway. That way I can use the knowledge I have already learned to better use when I actually get into the game.

I do not want to keep my chars when retail comes out!
that would be silly... it is beta! Why would I want that much of a head start on others... these chars are my learning aids...
I have plans when retail hits for my real char...

Anyway Central and Eastern seem ok, I rolled a char there till PST comes back.

They posted that there are problems they are working on with no real ETA when they will get fixed.

Poor Blizzard. I hope they can get all the bugs worked out by retail. Of course, with 500k people on the servers. They should have called this a stress test. Wish them all the luck in the world. ~grin~

I got in and it was too laggy to play :(
I mean like I would kneel down to loot a corpse, and was stuck kneeling for literally 5 minutes (I went to the other room, said hi to some friends, came back) and still stuck... so I just force-quit.
I don't care - power to Blizzard. I hope they get it fixed by release. I just remind myself - IT'S A BETA AND I"M PLAYING FOR FREE!! so really I have no complaints

When Test 7 went down, I went to my alternate character on an East Coast RP server... it was hell. Evidently, that server was the only one many people could log into, and they either wandered in, yelled things like LOL WATS RP, or did other, more maliscous things. One guy made a character named "Ihaterpers" and proceeded to shout LOL IM ROLPLAYING and run around naked. It was most annoying.
So sad all the afterschool-kiddies' traffic is pushing the servers to the limit... but hey, it's beta.

Hmm, sounds good to me...Now I can finally break away and do something else, like playing GTA San Andreas!
Update: Mountain Servers Test 38, 29, 11 and 12 are up.
Central Servers Test 28, 15, 26, 25, 17, 6, 41 and 5 are up.
Pacific Server Test 30, 31, 8, 10 and 7 are up.

SA 4 the win? I'm to fixated to go play it, Man i've been waiting for a long time already for it to let me log in to world. I finally got in at 9:00 and then another shutdown in 5 min lmfao. aaaaa retail.....
Yeah, SA is a great game. Or will be once it comes to the PC. Right now its an orange blurry headache that is one hell of a game.
Heh, I was in a group halfway done with a Wailing Caverns run when we got the notice-- "Server Reset: 5:00 minutes".

Well, I somehow ended up in an area I'm wasn't supposed to be or at least got there in a way I wasn't supposed to. Died because of the drop then couldn't get back there to get my character and there were no spirit guides around to raise me. So, most likely Sandstone is well sandstone is a good dwarven curse to use.

Oh please, for the love of god and all things holy tell me the WoW servers aren't NT based ...
Although, that might explain the constant crashing.

Could be worse! They could somehow have rigged them running windows ME. ~grin~ I don't think even Blizzard would be cheep enough to use NT when 2000 Server or 2003 is a much better choice.
