Grouping, Alliance and HordeFollow

#1 Nov 12 2004 at 9:15 PM Rating: Decent
What does a member of the horde have to do to group with someone in the Alliance? Is it at all possible?

Thanks,

Alliance and Horde cannot group for 2 reasons:

1) They both speak a different set of languages.

2) This is how the story sets it up. Since both sides are having trouble keeping a truce, they have trouble trusting each other. On top of that, the humans are a different set of humans, not the people that were lead by Jaina Proudmoore. The people of Stormwind still see the Horde as savage brutes that need to be killed.

One of them has to create a new character on the other faction.

It means if you go to Human lands as an Orc...you DIE! At least in PvP servers. :)

max levels 60, and no, you can not use any npcs that are not neutral or horde, you will be KoS(kill on sight), and if you do survive a gaurd attack, most everyone will know you are there because of the "location is under attack" messages, meaning you wont live long either way.

EDIT: 1111 woo.

The goblins in booty bay are neutral and will sell to members of the alliance and horde. I believe the guards will also attack anyone who tries to PvP inside their town.

There is also an AH in booty bay that can be used by both sides.

There are other neutrals. Goblins are just the most common. High Elves are largely neutral, the Timberpaw Furbolgs in Felwood are sort of neutral, the Centaurs in Desolace don't care which faction you're on. Just to name a few.
