As I close my chapter in today's crazy rush to get open beta keys for myself, I leave empty handed. Is that really so bad? Personally, I think not. You see, today has been a very busy day for all of us WoW addicts and while Blizzard has created a beautiful product, everything that could go wrong did. That's Murphy's law for you.
You see, I'm personally glad that I wasn't able to get in. It tells me that I am investing on what will be a popular product once it comes out. It also tells me that fans of Blizzard truely believe in their products and are willing wait long periods to insure the success of their products. Sure, I'll admit I'm alittle pissed off but hey, that's life. I learned that lesson of life long ago and some need to learn it now. Everything can't be handed to you and sometimes you gotta toughen up for the good of those around you. Congratulate those who got in and hope you will join them very soon.
Don't drop hope because of this. Instead, rejoice because this only shows that not only is the game going to be successful, others see it as a success as well. There are 15 days left till retail. Not to long now. Once that day comes, all the whining, complaining, inside info and stories of beta will end and the real adventure will begin. Until then, be patient and get ready because soon we will all fight side by side in the wonderful world of Azeroth!
Oh....and humans stink like poo... *runs off*
