Rogue skill?Follow

Hmmm...

While it would be cool, I kinda hope not. I never liked the disadvantaged feeling I got NOT being a THF. Subbing THF was "gimp" and so I just had to settle for a half-*** drop rate while THFs were enjoying endless bounty.

Errmmm... I guess if there is, maybe I'll think about trying Rogue!

I never played Final Fantasy, but based on KingJord's description, I'd say there is nothing like a Treasure Hunting skill for Rogues. You will get a Pickpocket skill, which you can use against hostile, humanoid NPC's; at low levels, this will result in mostly junk items, at higher levels, you have a chance to get better items & potions, as well as the occasional gems. Of course, to Pickpocket you have to be Stealthed and your target cannot be in Combat. You also have a chance to be "caught", so it's wise to never Pickpocket something you can't kill. *grin*

"Treasure Finding" has long been a racial ability attached to Dwarves, but we don't know if it will go live, or what form it will take. Racial abilities go live next patch, so we'll find out then. ;)

Bliz doesn't want to give us a sneak peak... Probably because they know people will start complaining before they even test it. :P

Edit: they just released info today about racial traits. Aaaand there are already 19 pages of complaints about the traits, and a total of 21 pages about the changes to Undead/Forsaken. LOL
