You should receive an email with your key and link to download if you signed up from FP.

hm... I would try to sign up again. I had the subscription before sign up. After sign up it will bring you to a page says congradulations and your key.

That is in the FAQ for the file plannet wow stress test. i am assuming all of our problems are just that it doesnt reckognise us as members yet

I'm not sure but I think if you're not subscribed, the sign up will take you to subscribe page, but it doesn't automatically sign you up.

Try the sign up again, (yeah make sure you don't subscribe again) it should takes you to a page just ask for your name, address phone number and some option to receive warcraft related emails if your status already changed.
