Question regarding pre order arrival from Best Buy? :: World of Warcraft

Heyla all!
Quick question: my fiance and I both pre-ordered WoW from Best Buy...does anyone here know if Best Buy is good about getting the games out on the shelf the day they arrive in the stores or do they have a tendency to wait?

Seeing as how I keep a part time job on the weekends there for the store discount I can bring some good info for you on this. Best Buy should be receiving their shipments of the game on Monday evening (all WA Best Buy stores receive shipments on Monday and Friday nights, not sure about other states.) and have it available on Tuesday morning. As far as specific dates, Best Buy computer systems have a hard street date of November 23rd. I'm willing to bet that they will have it by that date, but there have been times where dates have been pushed back by weeks/months/years (*coughhalf-life2cough*)

Hopefully Blizz will have more info up on the Open Beta soon, I'm going through withdrawls from not being able to play closed beta anymore. I had requested a weekend off and they finished off the closed beta, haha.

Thanks for your reply :) We got worried because we are also planning on playing EQ2 (couldn't decide on one, so opted for both) and pre-ordered it as well. Now, EQ2 ships on the 8th of this month, and is supposed to be on sale on the 9th...but we called Best Buy, they still have a date of the 15th as the release and told us that THAT is the day it will be out for sale in the store...which means we may scrap the preorder money spent and go elsewhere...we were worried the same might happen to WoW....
