Apparently EB and Blizzard are marketing buddies so I'd say if anyone has the correct date, it would be them.

Don't understand what you mean.

Are you asking that if you preorder somewhere else you may get the game earlier then by EB Games?

If that's the question, then...

no

The game will ship to all retailers the same day, when you get it would depend on the shipping method you choose (1 day, 2 day, etc..).

No..

Im asking is there a better place to order that won't lose my package. Or keep delaying sending it even though they have them in stock..

I've just heard thing about EB doing stuff like that and wanted to confirm..

Sorry should have been more specific...

If I remember right they go through FedEx. Never had any problems myself, except for one.

When I ordered the expansion for FFXI they sent me a PS2 one instead of the PC one I swear I ordered. You can take it to a store though and exchange it.

One funny thing that came of it was the guy behind the counter told me I had placed my Pre-Order back in 1936.

I've never had any problems with anything I've ever pre-ordered from EB.

Although, I tend not to pre-order stuff unless it comes with a special item that I can only get by pre-ordering.

It's alot easier to buy it at the stores and not have to pay shipping and handling.

I pre-ordered at my local EB Games; when the game arrives at the store on release day, they'll hold my copy until I pick it up, so I don't have to worry about them selling out. If you want the game on release day, and have a local shop, I'd recommend popping down & working with them directly, rather than doing the online mail-order route.

If you do have the game shipped to you, and they use Fed-Ex, Fed-Ex won't necessarily deliver it when it arrives at the local sorting facility, if it isn't "due" yet... meaning, if you have 3 day shipping and it arrives at the local facility on day 2, they still might not deliver it until day 3 because they aren't contractually obligated to deliver it early (yes, this has happened to me). If you want the game asap, be sure to shell out for overnight delivery.

Well for me the nearest place is 30 minutes away. So with my discount from Alla here and the money for the gas it's pretty much the same price.

I preordered from EB in March.

That's when they told us the release date would be June. ;)

However, what I am going to do, is, due to I am getting CE, I will pay the rest of the 75$ then, whenever the game is released, I am going to drive down to EB, and pick it up, it's pretty easy actually...

It's about a 10 minute drive to EB from where I live.
