It is said that this is created in a moonwell.... What i did was when the game said that it was night time, i went to a moonwell, and sat there for about an hour and a half- 2 hours. trying to find out if there was some indication of me being able to do this.

I have my higher level guild members trying this as well to see what is going on.


We are trying to find out the times that it is avaliable, also trying to find out if we have to have some kind of pre-req for it as well. I am doing my best to get up to 300 tailoring. its slow going though.


List of things ive tried:
Camping - 2 hour time frame, no luck.
asking around to everyone - /shrug is the usual responce
turboing through my tailoring - still in progress


Anyone else have an idea or know how to get this item? i will be needing it to make the 16 slot bags, you give me detailed info that works, and you are on my server, i can get ya a few bags maby for your troubles. and for extreamly helpful info.

well, once the ST2 comes around, unless they make me restart my char from level 1, ill be hunting it down then.

any info that comes, id love to hear it.
