All I see are posts with people complaining about the game not coming out yet.

Be patient.

It'll be out when it comes out.

Of course, all these people that are ******** about the game not being out will be the same ones that ***** about the game being incomplete when they release it early.

I was in the "Stress Test" playing a Hunter. I would have paid to play it then and talents STILL aren't out(Though they will be in the next patch for sure along with Paladin talents as seen in this thread: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general&t=454309#Post454309 ). So I feel pretty confident in saying that I wouldn't be one of the ones complaining. ;D

Funny thing, I too was a hunter in stress test, and i have to say, i DEFINATLEY wont be complaining. Even though hunters had NO talents and only GROWL, i loved every 20lvls of it. With the coming of Open Beta, and hunter talents plus the amount of new pet skills that might be in when the Open Beta comes, i can safely say i wont be bad mouthing Blzzard NE time soon.

I point and laugh at the forums of hunters saying they suck at pvp, or in high lvl instance groups, and then i wonder to myself, how can i do right wut theyve been doing wrong? When the Ob comes out, and then release, im sure blizzards game will be nething but incomplete. :)

Perhaps people need to take a stoic perspective. The dates for open beta and release are totally, absolutely, 100% out of our control. The relative completeness or incompleteness of the game is likewise totally out of our control (though I must say it looked pretty darn complete to me!). Nothing we say, do, or imagine can possibly affect things.

So why worry about it?

Sure, I check the WoW site every few hours-- but then I stop thinking about it. If I stress about the Beta, it makes me feel bad and doesn't make the game come out sooner. If I don't stress about the Beta, it makes me feel good and doesn't make the game come out slower. I'll choose not to worry about it.

Almost forgot. KerikDaven, two things about your sig bother me. First: is the word "wit" supposed to be misspelled? If it is, it's a strange form of irony. It it isn't, it's a grotesque form of irony.

Second, do you know who Admiral Rickover was and why that's the sort of thing he'd say? Certain people have... ahem... strong opinions regarding that man, and I'd hate for you to quote him if you didn't know who he was. I'll fill you in if you need it.

While I realize I probably wouldn't be saying this if they still have their own board up to post on the Blizz sites, I'm kinda proud of the Stress Testers and the things they've said about the game while quietly waiting for it to come up. So much eager anticipation, and praise of things I have lost the simple joy of in getting caught up in the ratrace.

Suggestion when you start playing: take your GD time. Smell the roses, and pick them for your alchemy potions.

Patience is, indeed, a virtue. Unfortunately, it's not one that I have. Seriously, waiting for the game is like downing an entire water cooler and not being allowed to go to the bathroom. I wouldn't say it's ******** or complaining, though; for me, it's an expression of excitement and anxiousness, which, when the game gets released, will become sheer joy and enthusiasm. I truly believe that the game will be amazing once it comes out. But I ramble.

I myself have taken to a stance of "I could care less when it comes out". Longer its in beta the better things will get, so I'll just bide my time playing other things and absorbing all the knowledge of the game possible.
