One thing you need to understand, FFmania, is that Blizzard is a business and it's all about the bling bling. With that being said, they do need to focus on the 2 countries that make them successful, namely America and Korea. Since Blizzard is a American game studio, an American release goes without saying but Korea is probably the greatest supporter of Blizzard made games.
Since South Korea banned Japanese products from being imported into their country due to the former Japanese rule in Korea, Koreans relied on the PC for their gaming needs. Even though the Japanese ban is slowly fading away, PC is the number one form of gaming in South Korea. In the matter of fact, Korea is the online gaming capital in the world. 70% of the Korean people have access to the internet. Hell, PC cafes is almost on every block in Korea. One of the most popular games ever in South Korea is Starcraft.
Everybody and their mother in South Korea knows Starcraft. The game sold millions within weeks of being introduced, due to it's fast pace gameplay and the competition. This paved the way for other successes like Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3. Hell, a guy in South Korea died after playing Diablo 2 for 48 hours straight. Believe me when I say that Korea is a goldmine when it comes to Blizzard games. To avoid releasing the Korean version along side with the American version would not be a good business move.
Aside that, you need to understand that certain versions of the games need to go through either a division of the company in a certain country or must go through another company to be released. For example, the Chinese version is not going to be released through Blizzard but by The9, the largest online gaming company in China. Even though Blizzard is releasing the European version, they must be able to translate for the various languages such as French and Italian. Australia is easy to develop and release for because the primary language is English and there is not much interference when it comes to government importing policies.
Just relax and wait patiently, FFmania. Research and see if the game will be released in your country. If it is not, write a email to Blizzard and see if there is any plans for the game to be release in your country. Keep in mind that Blizzard is a business and they must focus on areas where they can be guaranteed success before releasing worldwide.
