I was wondering if any beta tester out there for WoW or someone with experience could tell me which of these races/class were best to solo with: Troll/Shaman, Tauren/Druid, or Dwarf/Paladin?

I noticed that warriors (regardless of race) are the easiest to solo with. Paladins/Shamans/Druids weren't that difficult either. When I tried mage I had to be more cautious about controlling adds (links for you FFXI peeps) but I could still solo fine; same with priest.
Race makes virtually no difference to gameplay ability. Most of the races don't have racial traits in, but the few that do have traits that are very minor... Unless you're undead and PvP.
As for classes, Blizzard has gone out of their way to make sure each class can solo effectively. According to feedback and experience, it's working.
