If this is the same video (havent been able to watch it yet) Then its the one the devs are saying is a problem with war's where their skills are stacking improperly and cause them to be way to strong.
Indalamar made this video to show his 2500 bloodthirst crits. This movie made us get another huge nerf because if you read the post entirely you would see some blue text saying "thanks for bringing this to our attention." =Translation thanks for this we are going to make warriors go down in the class food chain next patch.

Blizzard has "fixed" many things for each class.
