When I first came here and started doing my research, I had a hard time finding what weapons were available to the classes because the site doesn't break it down by class, just lumps the weapons by type.

Also didn't know what the colors meant either.

Do now, only because went and checked out other websites.

What we need here is to break down the weapons, and armor, by class. Or specify in the class listing what weapons and armor is usable by that class and what ones can be gained thru training.

A key to what the colors means would be useful too.

Thanks admins.

Yeah... what do the colors mean? I still haven't figured that one out.

I was thinking that the colors corresponded to whether the item bound on equip, pick up, whatever, but I dunno.

What the colors mean

I found it at WoW's beta site.

It corresponds to the items quality.

Now the question is: Are the higher quality items quest items, high level monster drops, or are they high quality crafted items?

Does quality = rarity?

Excellent! Thanks much Seoman.

Hrmmm... Epic and Legendary weapons. I'm sure those will be fun to get. :)

Generally speaking, blue items are items that drop from specific bosses. (Not always, but the reverse is true.) Green items are good items you can get anywhere. White and gray are eh. Purple items, while sometimes a universal random drop, are mega-uber rare. Anything above purple doesn't exist yet.

I like the Bind on equip idea and why it was implemented. Also putting the items with different colors makes it easier to see what you want to pick when a mob drops something and leave the rest of the junk behind.

Are speaking about this website??

I think all this website needs is to let the search engine aval to everyone instead of payed subscribers.

Thats all this site really needs.

There isn't a search feature on the WoW alla site.

And, as a premium member who has used it, it's not all that great to begin with (sorry alla, but it's true).

I'm talking about what would make the WoW-Alla site easier for new people that just came here to use.

It's a "word" search engine, you put in a group of words and it will bring up all the posts with those words in it.

There is no "advanced" portion to try to narrow the search down.

It is kind of.. stupid.. that only premium users have access to it (on the other forums).
