anyone out there have the base stats for the races and is there any modifiers for the classes??

The base stats right now are all pretty similiar. There are racial bonuses for the various races - Night Elves are supposed to get shadowmeld, Tauren can plainsrun, etc. The only one that is actually in effect so far though is the Undead ability to breath (or not breath really) underwater.
Only the exceptions can be exceptional.
