"More Details: Hunters are the ranged attackers in World of Warcraft. They excel at ranged weapons, such as the long bow, and musket. The Hunter also possesses skills related to tracking down and taming wild beasts. Once tamed, the beast gets a name and becomes the Hunter's permanent companion. The beast will also gain experience and level up alongside it's master. As Hunters gain levels, they will be able to tame higher level and presumably, a wider variety of beasts. Thus far, it seems that the toughest part about being a Hunter will be deciding whether to stick with the furry rabbit you domesticated at level 1 who is now level 40, or tame the gigantic forest bear that savaged you a level or two ago!" ~http://www.wow-ni.com/kb.php?mode=article&k=4
OK, anyways, i have a few questions about some of the things mentioned in that paragraph. Question #1 is, it says once you tame a monster it becomes your "permanent" companion. Ok so if you decide to get another kind of monster as your pet, can you store that previous pet away so if you don't like the newer one as much, you can take your old one back? Because it kinda suck if you raised it to a high level and then it's just gone cus you thought this one monster was cooler. . . And i have one more question. What happens if your pet dies? Because it would also really blow if you raised your pet to a high level, then you got jumped by a bunch of the players from the other faction and they kill your pet and you have to go get another, and all that work you put into your one pet is just washed away. And my last question involves death also, but what if your character dies, but your pet lives? Like lets say you about kill a monster, but you die, and your pet kills it. Do you still get exp? Does your pet? Or does your pet even stick around? Well i know this is a long post, so thanks for your time, i just would really like to know these things cus i'm considering becomeing a Troll-Hunter :D
(When the game is released ofcourse. Hopefully August 3rd,) *Beats himself in the head with a hammer so that sounds like a logical release date* Hey, a man can dream can't he?
