Help with upgrading pleaseFollow

Hello EQ2 community.
I want to upgrade my account to Golden membership, as i now am in a f2p model.
I am from Europe. I start the upgrade routine with credit card info and other information but the card is not accepted, cause the system says that it is not used in the transaction. After reviewing my account profile i saw that my currency is by default in US Dollars and can't change it. Which i think is the problem ofc, cause my card is used in Europe not in USA.
Made 2 more accounts with the same result. So it seems that the home site of Everquest II makes by default accounts with currency only in US dollars. I read somewhere that SOE was to be managed by a different company in the EU, but i haven't managed to find anything on internet. Could you please help me?
I want to buy a recurring billing plan for the game with my credit card. In the worst case i could buy SC to get the Gold membership, even without the extra 500 sc bonus each month, but i don't know if it's possible.
Thanks :)

SOE hasn't yet handed over the EU servers to PSS1. Not sure what's up with your credit card, you're really going to have to contact customer service. Is it a pre-paid credit card? You might have to go online and activate it to use it online.

I'd just buy the Station Cash and pay that way :)

Thank you Calthine for the reply.
The card is mastercard, i use it now and 4 years for all my transactions and purchases online. They have the type of card on the list you choose from and yesterday i did purchase, just for a test, 500 sc.
So it does accept the card for SC purchase but i can't seem to be able to subscribe to a recurring plan with it.
But just to be sure, if you could tell me please if you know, can i buy the Golden membership with sc? And how much it costs? Just to be on the safe side.

No need to answer Calthine :) Just for fun i unchecked the little box that gives the 500 SC bonus every month and there it was : the prices in SC in a separate column. So its SC way for now, too bad i don't get the 500 bonus like everyone but it's ok :) Have fun guys
