Beserker and CraftingFollow

I am conflicted on tradeskilling. I like the fact of alchemist you can create your own combat arts, but is it really worth it in the long run, since you will be getting masters for you end game arts?
I like armorsmithing, not just for keeping gear current, but because the fact it seems even some of the armor out there is more expensive than journeyman combat arts. Just really want honest play tested views as to which would be the better route. Armorsmith or Alchemy.

I find both of those classes wrist-slashingly boring :) Alchemist was horribly repetitive, but Experts made from drops can save you a ton leveling up, and there's always potions and poisons.

Also, I noticed you said you can just 'get masters' in end game...not really the case. Yes it does happen, but rarely, and even rarer for the class you want. Granted you can sell those to buy more on the broker...but that can get Expensive and Fast. Personally I would go with that choice just for the Expert abilities, which then you can research into Master.

Armorers are nice, but leveling up (if you arent max already) you would burn through armor too quick to even get used to it. Plus most of the Drunder and Rygorr gear (closer to end game, not quite to raids yet) can be made by ANY crafter with the recipes. So I'd stick with Alchemist.

(Note: I hate crafting, started way too late, but it's one of those things you appreciate when you finally have it leveled up)

I'd stick with Alchemist as well! Being able to make experts is so awesome and chances are, in higher levels, people will come looking for experts to be made as opposed to armor. Really, the armor in this game is so messed up now that treasured drops are almost on par with mastercrafted. Yeah... definitely stick with Alchemist!

(My Swashbuckler is a Tailor.... I chose Tailor way back to make myself backpacks, and that's still pretty much her only crafting use. My Berserker became my Woodworker because I got tired of begging my husband to make me arrows and throwing daggers.)
