So, does anyone know of anything that shrinks the caster besides the Mystic moppet or the one Potion I know from LoN?

Nope, the Mystic Moppet is the only one I can think of offhand unfortunately!
The Fae/Arasai flight skill shrinks them.

There is also a cloak from LoN, but I can't recall it's name right now (since I never had one)
