I am at level 21 and still in Darklight Woods. Is it worth finishing the quests there, or should I just move on to another area? Thank you.

If you're almost done questing there I would say go ahead and finish up--I'm pretty sure my two newest chars were around level 21 or 22 when they finished in DLW. After that move on to Butcherblock, Thundering Steppes or Nektulos Forest. :)
