I made the below post on the EQ2X forums and it was promptly locked by Ammerys:

I just logged on and my station cash balance said it was 1200, it should be 1900. yesterday it was fine. Now if I open the SC tab in game no balance shows. I tried to log on to the SC web page and got a server error. So my question, is the hack back? I notice they are still using apache server software which is not too reassuring to see.

I wonder if that's SOE's new policy to kill threads that address real game issues, or has this been the ongoing policy and that attitude contributed to the mess they got into?

She locked it and told you to contact customer support. I don't see that as trying to shut you up.

I know perfectly well how to contact customer support, I am not an idiot. The point of the post was to see if other customers where having the same issues. Clearly Sony did not want such info published.

This morning my wallet was showing no balance, now it is back to normal. I'd suggest re-checking, and if it's not correct then definitely submit a ticket.

My ballance was fine the night it came up and then yesterday and today was good too, may be an isolated incident.
